24 Hour Spinathon
Want to get fit? Why not take part in Help a London Child’s 24 hour spinathon on October 10th & 11th hosted by The Hogarth Health Club, Chiswick.
The spinathon will start at 6pm at The Hogarth Health Club on Friday 10th October 2008 beginning at 6pm and will continue right through until 6pm on Saturday 11th October.
Olympic Gold medallist James Cracknell is starting everything off taking the first class and if you take part you may be joined by some of his sporting celebrity friends at different hours too! There will also be a big celebration in the bar (if you can stand) afterwards on the Saturday.
If you think you're ready for the challenge and want to raise that all important cash for disadvantaged children and young people…
You sign up in TWO ways:
1) In a team of between 2 and 6 people.
It’s £100 to register your team. As a team it will be your job to divide up the hours so one of your team is continuously cycling.
2) Or, if you’re not as fit or like your sleep…you can sign up individually.
It’s £50 per person to register individually. You can then choose the hour you’d like to join the spin class and just come along!
The only rules are:
* Participants must be over 18 years of age
* Participants will need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and insurance waiver
