Screaming fans could be heard right across London's Leicester Square last night as the cast of vampire love movie Twilight walked the black carpet.

British actor Robert Pattinson got a great reception at the film's UK premiere as did his American co-star Kristen Stewart.

The film is based on the first novel in Stephanie Meyer's series, about high school girl Bella Swann who falls in love with vampire Edward Cullen.

  3. i went to the cinema with my friend and we both didnt know what else to see and so we just went into twilight thinking it just be a teen film to pass some time.
    we both came out absolutely in love with robert pattinson, he is just so good in this film!
    i dont think ive ever enjoyed a supposed "teen" film so much, i definately have to go see it again!
