Q: What time does the Jingle Bell Ball start and finish?
Doors at the O2 open at 6pm, the Jingle Bell Ball commences at 7.00pm and will finish by 11pm.
Q: I've purchased Jingle Bell Ball tickets. When will I receive them?
If you bought Capital VIP club pre sale tickets on September 28th or general sale tickets on September 29th & 30th, you'll receive your tickets from our promoter Live Nation the week commencing December 1st.
Q: I've won Jingle Bell Ball tickets on 95.8 Capital FM/CapitalFM.com. When will I receive them?
The last batch of tickets are being sent out by registered mail on Monday 8th December so should be with everyone on Tuesday.
Q: I couldn't get a ticket, how can I find out what happens at the Jingle Bell Ball?
Capital will be giving the event extensive coverage on-air and online. More details here .
Q: I've bought tickets through a third party supplier. Where are my tickets?
If you've not bought tickets from Capital's official partners Live Nation and Ticketmaster, we urge you to contact your ticket supplier for further information. If you receive no further correspondance from these third-parties, please call Consumer Direct for further information on 08454 04 05 06. Other sites/agencies which list tickets for sale are not officially approved by Capital and people who purchase tickets through these sites/agencies do so at their own risk.
Q: Is there a dress code for the Jingle Bell Ball?
There isn't a specific dress code for the event, so no, you don't HAVE to turn up in a ball gown or black tie, but if you want to get glammed up that's fine with us! We'd suggest you dress to have a fantastic fun night out watching some of the world's biggest stars.

Q: Can I get something to eat and drink at the O2?

Q: Can I take my camera along?
The O2 states in its terms and conditions that "the use of unauthorised cameras, video or sound recording equipment is prohibited and such items may be confiscated". We think you'll be fine to take along your personal camera or camera phone, but professional camera equipment will not be allowed into the venue. If in doubt, contact the O2 directly .
Q: How do I get to and get home from the venue?

The O2 is situated at North Greenwich underground station on the Jubilee Libe within zone 2.
Rail passengers can travel from north, south, east or west easily to The O2's tube station in zone 2

Car parking must be booked in advance at www.ticketmaster.co.uk
Seven TfL bus routes operate to and from The O2 including three 24 hour bus services. Key destinations include Stratford, Charlton, Greenwich, Lewisham, Woolwich, Eltham, North Kent and Central London. Please visit www.tfl.gov.uk for timetable information.
North Greenwich station has its own dedicated taxi rank for up to 50 black taxis. Private hire taxis are also available on event nights at the main entrance of The O2.
The O2 is just one stop via the Jubilee line from Canary Wharf or Canning Town.
Charlton mainline station is just a short ride on either a 486, 472 or 161 bus from North Greenwich underground station. All these buses start their route from North Greenwich underground so there is no confusion as to which way to go.
Southeastern runs services to Charlton train station. Turn left out of the station and catch 486, 422 or N472 buses to North Greenwich, taking you approximately 10 mins to reach the front door of The O2. Find out more about Southeastern Railway .
By bike - Various cycle routes lead to The O2 and on arrival we have 500 cycle racks available to use in all car parks and North Greenwich station.
