A406 London - overnight roadworks on the North Circ both ways between Wembley Ikea and the Harrow Road underpass. 2 lanes closed each way. (Nightly until 4th Sept)

A40 London - there are roadworks on the Greenford Roundabout, just off the Western Avenue. Most of the restrictions are around the roundabout itself.

A1250 The Causeway Bishops Stortford - roadworks both ways at A1059 Adderley Rd. Temp traffic lights cause short delay.

A3 Surrey - The major works for the Hindhead Tunnel scheme, opening in 2011, have cones starting just north of A3 Thurlsey junction at the north end nearest to Guildford along with a 40mph speed limit. At the south end there is a 50mph limit starting south of the A3 Liphook junction, reducing to 40mph at Hammer Lane.

B4540 Bedfordshire - in Luton, Newlands Road has temporary traffic where it passes under the M1 spur road. [11th August until end of October 2008]

Work will be carried out Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

A2 London - Old Kent Road is down to one lane eastbound between Mandela Way and Dunton Road for roadworks. There is also no right turn into East Street.

A3211 London - In Town, Upper Thames Street is down to one lane westbound between Cousin Lane and Queen Street Place for water works. Delays as a result.

This is ongoing until November.

A4 London - In Earls Court, Cromwell Road still has one lane closed in to town between Marloes Road and Lexham Gardens because of ongoing emergency gas works.

The closure will now be on going untill November 2008.

Whilst repairing the burst gas pipes they were found to be in a worse condition than first thought and it has been decided to replace the whole stretch of pipe work.

A316 London - in Hanworth, delays expected on the Country Way due to long term roadworks. One lane is closed both ways, with a 30mph speed limit in force. (Until March 09)

A11 London - in Whitechapel, there are major roadworks on the eastside of the Aldgate one way system. These regularly cause delays for traffic coming into town along Whitechapel Road. [Until 2nd Dec 08] .

A40 London- In White City - Roadworks continue on the Northern Roundabout with the part of the inner lane closed off.

A5 London - delays likely on Kilburn High Road, due to the roadworks near Willesden Lane. Temporary traffic lights in use at times (Until 31st August 08)

C602 West Sussex - roadworks northbound on London Rd, East Grinstead with one way temporary traffic lights.

A205 London - in Woolwich, New Road remains closed between Plumstead Road and Vincent Road, because of the ongoing junction redesign works. Click here to update us

The Tour of Britain cycle race will be in London on the 7th September 2008. There will be road closures along Upper Thames Street and Victoria Embankment, as well as Whitehall and Tower Hill. Click here if you can update us

A200 London - in Rotherhithe, there are works on Bush Road, which mean there is no access from Rotherhithe New Road into Rotherhithe Old Road. There is also a lane out on the Bush Road (Surrey Quays) one way system (Until 10 April 2009) Click here if you can update us

A40 London - in Acton, Western Avenue has restrictions in at Gypsy Corner for essential bridge replacement works. Click for more

Southbound is reduced to one lane Thursday and Friday mornings from 12am until 6am. Traffic is escorted through the tunnel at 10mph.

Also on Sunday mornings, from 12am until 8am, the northbound tunnel is closed (with all traffic using the southbound tunnel).

Berkshire - Aldermaston - Delays expected to all routes approaching AWE Aldermaston because of ongoing roadwroks on the Tadley Gate and Aldermaston Gate Roundabouts. (Until April 2009)
